Today its not uncommon to see big cubic inch motors installed in bikes.  In order to feed these monsters, carbs must flow more air and fuel.  Using the S&S ‘E’, ‘G’, or the Keihin ‘CV’, we can help.

 

We can bore and polish your carbs venturi so it can breathe, rejet for more fuel, and modify the air bleed for proper main jet timing.

The S&S Air Bleed:

Since 2003 S&S has been installing replaceable air bleed jets in all their carbs. (it’s the one to the right of the main jet.) This air bleed jet controls at what RPM the main jet begins to feed fuel.  By installing a larger air bleed jet, which raises the RPM at which the main jet comes in, will improve the midrange and reduce the stumble caused by an over rich condition.

 

If you have a pre-2003 carb, you have a fixed air bleed, so we can bring you up to date with some simple machine work.
